Neystirius was the daedric prince of justice and law. He is worshiped by the Faltmer and is one of the few daedric princes considered to be not inherently evil.
History[]
Many mortals don't know about Neystirius which is why the Faltmeri religion is declared the only way for mortals to have knowledge about Neystirius' history.
Creation[]
Neystirius was created during the beginning of time. This being assisted in the creation of Mundus and left to enter the void after learning his and other beings power were being drained. Neystirius then began to create his own plane of Oblivion named Neystirium. Once he finished the creation of his own plane, he began to enter Mundus to visit Nirn.
Contact with mortals[]
Neystirius created a physical manifestation of himself and spoke to a caravan of Altmer. He told the caravan to bring justice to the lands by capturing a bandit camp and killing the bandits. The caravan of Altmer kept heed to Neystirius' command and captured a bandit camp while killing all the bandits. He then rewarded these mortals with the Neystirium Blade, an elven sword with the power to capture souls within three seconds. He said to the caravan, "Take my blade, and use it to bring justice and order to the lands. Capture the souls of the bandits, thieves, and murders. They shall be punished on the dark side of my plane of Oblivion, and you my people, will be rewarded with riches on the light side of my plane."
Personality[]
The personality of Neystirius is a manevolent, yet benevolent type. Neystirius tends to show kindness towards mortals who follow his orders of bringing justice and order to the lands. He can however, be an evil person towards those who have gone against the law by punishing them on the dark side of Neystirium, which is a pit of lava.
Appearance[]
Physical manifestation[]
Neystirius takes on the form of an slim male Altmer who resembles Auri-El. His physical appearance makes him 8 feet tall and he weighs around 160 pounds. He generally tended to wear heavy armor and an silver amulet. The silver amulet allowed him to shapeshift into his second physical form. His second physical form was a sabre cat, which he used to chase away thieves and attack bandits.
Daedric appearance[]
As a Daedra, he still takes on the form of his worshippers, an Altmer. However, he tends to wear Ebony armor and use an ebony greatsword named Neystirius' Greatsword which drains an opponent's health. Unlike the Neystirium Blade, he tends to keep this weapon for his personal use.
Artifacts[]
Neystirium Blade[]
Neystirius gave one of his artifacts to mortals after a caravan took his orders to capture and bandit camp and kill the bandits. This artifact he gave the mortals is the Neystirium Blade, which is a elven blade which has the power to capture souls.
Neystirium[]
Neystirium is Neystirius's plane of Oblivion. It is a plane where there's a light and dark side. The light side of Neystirium is where the servants of Neystirius reside after death, and the dark side is where those killed using the Neystirium Blade go as they are drowned in lava.
